Typical liberal diversion, papaya. Why don't you just admit that Michelle's overspending and now reports of their mistreatment of staff at the hotel in which they're staying are an embarrassment? She's certainly not cementing relationships between our two countries.
And please....don't compare what Michelle does to what our soldiers do.
As far as your costs go....those are probably total war costs divided by the number of troops in country. Not a good way to come up with a dollar figure.

Let's hope that they don't take advantage of the position. I don't care what you thought of George, Laura had real class. She was a giver, not a taker. She wasn't a control freak, either.

According to national Taxpayers Union, FLOTUS has gone on 14 overseas trips since the President took office, for a total of 73 days. In the same time, Laura Bush had gone on 46 trips for a total of 141 days.

Just wondering.....were those trips with her husband? Were they overseas or here in the states? Please, don't compare apples and oranges and give misleading statistics. How many personal vacations did Laura take apart from George, and how much taxpayer money did that take compared to Michelle's vacations?

Not sure about that. But, I dont think the media would be pissing and moaning about Bill being "demanding" of hotel staffs and service staffs abroad either.
