Sony HDR-CX190 Camcorder Audio Question

Good Morning All,
I recently changed computers and I can't get any audio from my Sony camcorder recordings. The Sony website that edits videos, etc. has been down since the 13th of March and they don't know when it will be back up. On my computer I replaced, I was able to see and hear the videos in Picasa. I think I understand I need to load a new CODEX audio file on my computer. Every time I go to a site that has the correct audio file I get all kinds of warnings about viruses, etc. Does anyone have a solution? Thanks for your help.

I finally sold the Sony and got a Panasonic HC-920X. Video is perfect, audio is perfect and its easy in post production.
