I had to share this in case anyone hadn't seen it. Good news and a good laugh.

If you read the comments below you can see that the subtitles were put in as a joke. Seems the original story was about black bears guarding some marijuana, but the fake news report was hysterical.

As Fred's followers said at many other funerals: Fred, may you rot in hell for eternity.

I did realise it was done as a joke. I am an atheist but if anyone came out with that hate filled crap in my name, I would be pissed off. I know that a lot of you here are Christians and are nice decent people. I know a lot of Christians out in the real world and they are nice decent people. This so called church was based on nothing more than hatred, and I hope this is an end to it. Unfortunately it's those poor kids who were indoctrinated into it that may carry it forward.

Fred Phelps Westboro Baptist Church was not associated with any mainstream Baptist Churches. In fact, no Baptist Church would want to associated themselves with Fred Phelps or his Church. He was outside the doctrine of the Bible in every way.

What makes me sick is that those kinds of people are what many Christians are judged by or compared to. Of course you also have guys like Larry Payne who love to cut and paste the crap he promoted as though it were the Christian norm. I for one am glad that his days of providing material for the Larry Paynes of the world are over.

Yeah, I know what you mean. Like I told Robert, I don't know how I as a Christian should feel about a man such as Fred Phelps who as done so much harm and has caused so much hurt to others...

I can't bring myself to find compassion for him or his clan. He only dishonors the one who gave him everything. He only used religion to empower himself. I am of course not his judge but in looking at the results of his prophecies he was obviously a false prophet. So I guess I'll choose to not think about him one way or another.

Totally agree! Being a Viet Nam Vet, and seeing what he did to our returning deceased military personnel, I'm not one bit sad to see that repugnant reprobate die, and hope he burns in hell!

He was just another disillusioned Christian. May God forgive him.
