By the ways Darkroom .... you may be interested in my project. I figured out a way to move and never leave my darkroom behind. And it turns out I already own it... Paid $1500.
It has plumbing including toilet/bath
It has sleep accommodations
It has heat and AC
It is on 4 wheels
It has regular AC and battery power for lighting
It's a 1984 Teton (Wyoming built, arctic insulated) 30 foot fifth wheel.
Gut the living area and put in counters, cabinets, sink for developing/enlarging. Lightproof the living area and install a darkroom door.
Can park temporarily in my driveway. Can park in protected storage two miles from home for $30 per month, with daily access.
Can travel with it and since I am a senior have access to BLM camping all around the country. I know Sbirds who travel and park free all over the SouthWest, anywhere there are BLM lands.
Another option (perhaps in the future) Articulated city buses, available. Front section RV, rear section 20' darkroom.
Snowbirds Unite, or in dyslexia... "Snowbirds Untie".
Sounds like you have hit on a great idea there, thanks for sharing.
