This is a portion of the speech that President John F. Kennedy gave at the Waldorf-Astoria Hotel on April 27, 1961. "The President and the Press" before the American Newspaper Publishers Association.

JFK said:
"For we are opposed around the world by a monolithic and ruthless conspiracy that relies on covet means for expanding its sphere of influence--on infiltration instead of invasion, on subversion instead of elections, on intimidation instead of free choice, on guerrillas by night instead of armies by day. It is a system which has conscripted vast human and material resources into the building of a tightly knit, highly efficient machine that combines military, diplomatic, intelligence, economic, scientific and political operations.

Its preparations are concealed, not published. Its mistakes are buried not headlined. Its dissenters are silenced, not praised. No expenditure is questioned, no rumor is printed, no secret is revealed."

Explanation: He was referring to Communism, in a speech about press freedom during the cold war.

Above excerpt from: http://www.metabunk.org/threads/debunked-we-are-opposed-around-the-world-by-a-monolithic-and-ruthless-conspiracy.162/

But I suppose quoting out of context and believing he was speaking of some evil secret society directing the news media is much more exciting to believe. :D

This is the perfect example of how people use out of context items to prove a point that has absolutely nothing to do with anything.

He referred to a secret society which operated by "covet" means. Covet is defined: To feel blameworthy desire for (that which is another's).
JFK's referring to the press as infiltrated and dishonest in their reporting had nothing to do with Communism. If he was talking about Communism he would have called it out by name. He was obviously talking about Zionism which he could not mention by name without being crucified by the Zionist owned media.
Your debunking site is administrated by Mick West, the same author who admitted he wasn't a scientist but took it on himself to debunk chemtrails anyway.
Mick west is a coverup operative.

It means that JFK recognized how Zionism was threatening our liberties.

Larry you did not post the full speech which when listened to in its full context takes on a decidedly different character than what you have stated in the title of this thread.

Actually this country could use a man like Kennedy today, if he were around and were to run today I would vote for him as many times as Holder would allow.
