I walk by this palm every day with my dog, and suddenly there is a lot of activity going on. I saw the Red Bellied Woodpecker pair mating yesterday and of course did not have my camera, went by this morning and watched as the nest is being readied.
Canon T1i, canon 100-300mm lens w/tamron 1.4X, M mode, f5.6, 1/750, ISO200, Spot metering @300mm
