For those on the Atlantic coast, some were all excited when the weatherman said the temps were rising to the"twentys"
The theory of relativity does exist--- as in 10 vs 20 degrees.
I remember when the incumbent - back in Jan 2008 - scoffed when DC schools closed down due to a winter storm. I think his words were something like " In Chicago, this would never happen." Well guess what -- Chicago DID close down once this past winter, didn't it?
