Probably upgradeable at a price. Call or email Adobe.I use Adobe Cloud and they drive me nuts with upgrades that are part of the deal.

$82. It is on Amazon. I called them and they said there's no problem so I took them at their word.

No, They have lightroom for $82. I just wanted to know if and when updates are available if I would be available for them because the disk is OEM. I talked with Amazon and they said yes. Looking at the info on the vendor, he is a seasoned vendor with Amazon and not a fly by night one so I feel more comfortable.

Let me know what upgrades lightroom 5 has. I'm still learning lightroom 4. I had no idea of the complexity but I love what it can do to correct bad shots.

I'm completely new as I had not ever laid eyes on it until yesterday when my software came. The disk has 5.2 on it but there is an update for 5.3 and it downloaded without any problems. I watched an almost 2hr video from B&H Photo for first time lightroom users. It is very good. He basically goes through setup and everything you need to do before you attempt to do anything in lightroom. There are several videos and I plan to watch them all.
