i like the concept but the red spilled over past the rose. like where you are going with this though.

Strange - I can see both light sources - is there a way to soften that fill flash - rub some Vaseline on it , , , Where does the sweater / hair end and the tree begin ? I'm not a fan of fiddling, but I think with a little more post-production, this would not be just good, but great !

Have you used Photoshop Elements to convert to B & W and bring in the color using the magnetic lasso? If you have the program I'll be glad to walk you through the steps.
