I have a Panasonic DMC-ZS30 that I purchased in December 2013 for sale.

The camera boasts 18 MP, 20 x zoom and full HD video as well as GPS and WiFi.

I am selling the camera because I am upgrading to another Panasonic with a greater reach.

No it is not. In the event of failure under the warranty you would have to send it back to me and I would have to send it to a Panasonic repair facility.

If he has not registered it and has the original sales receipt and blank warranty card, maybe the warranty is transferable. Ask him and ask the camera's manufacturer.

According to Panasonic the "warranty is not transferable".

I think what Pentony is saying is that if you haven't registered the camera with Panasonic then they don't know who the original buyer is and whoever buys it from you can be considered the original owner by Panasonic and the warranty would be good for that person. But if you had registered it then the warranty would not be transferable. That's my take on it, anyway.
