Well, an idiot at best... not wearing a helmet himself is all you need to know. My wife is a doctor and hates motorcycles, says the are the best thing that ever happen to people on an organ donor list.

However, we ride horses...and our son starting riding at 8 and was showing competitively at 10...by competitively, I mean he was riding in an arena with 25 other ten year olds who were all riding 900lb animals.

My daughter was skiing downhill when she was six.

So I don't know if we are the proverbial hypocrites or not.

But this guy is showing an attitude that is not compatible with the child's safety.

Interesting series of images. I hope you took them as a passenger of the vehicle traveling beside the cyclist.

It reminds me that on-road confrontations seldom end well, endanger all drivers involved, their passengers, other vehicles and other persons in the area. It's hard to carry on a moving dispute without being a distracted driver.

Instead of direct confrontation, you might be better served asking your state legislature to enact a new law to prohibit children under a certain age from being passengers on motorcycles. If there is enough support, it may be adopted. And then, when you next see a violation, report it to authorities. Avoid hospital bills, bail bond fees, lawyer fees, and stress induced hypertension. Avoid the Universal Symbol of Love and Peace.

The DSLR on full auto made it possible to shoot the photos by just aiming it in the general direction. The verbal confrontation was at the stop light.
The law was clearly in violation and a child was in danger.
Another law on top of that would have served no purpose at this time.
The police dispatcher was notified immediately of there position and direction.
Due to his excessive acceleration I came to a dead stop so he could see me on purpose.
I don't know if they caught him or not.

How about you mind your own business you pompous ass.

You would have kicked his ass? Yeah right. You seem really brave as long as you are in your metal cage.

BTW, using a camera while operating a motor vehicle while in traffic is VERY dangerous to the other driver around your vehicle.

I see you are chicken here too! You show you are in hiding. LOL

I have to agree with Jakebrake ... another uppity democrat wanting to tell everyone how to live.

He is just giving you international sign language to drop dead and/or mind your own business.

Your right. I would not get out of the car for nothing did you see he size of that guy he would stomp my guts out

On behalf of the little girl being put on the freeway on the back of that bike,
I say to you and him,, Fuck You !

The welfare of every that child in our eye sight is everybody's business.
And if I could have chased him down without further endangering the child he would have been standing in front of Child Protective Services explaining his ass.

Thanks to the tag number he might anyway. :hunf:

It is illegal to carry children in or on motor vehicles without proper restraints.
Because dumasses on the freeway with DSLR's  and Potholes.
If he swerves to miss one, she goes sailing horizontally. if he chooses to ride it out she gets ejected vertically into the air.
If he slams on the breaks she flips over him, he and the bike landing on her little dead body :?
Are there any other reasons it is illegal to endanger children this way.?

I've been doing the math and it takes about as much time to set the DSLR to full auto as it does to look at your watch.
Holding a DSLR up and aiming it north, west, east or south with one hand and driving with the other is about as dangerous as letting go of the wheel and using your turn signal.

It is sad that some people have to turn every comment or event into something political. I didn't know that protecting children who are in danger was only something democrats did and that it was a very, very bad thing to do. What a sad commentary on our times.

Personally, i am glad the authorities were notified by the op and that biker was given something to think about. Unfortunately, the child had no say in the matter.
