I'm on the road right now (Denver) won't be back till next week. Haven't taken any pics with it, just tried it out with shots of my license plate 50+ feet away (on a tripod with my USM non-IS L lens) and it was as clear as a shot without it with the same telephoto. Wouldn't try it handheld, any little shake and it's "soft focus" meaning blurry.
