At the boat dock today we saw this dog taking repeated dives into the Tennessee River. He does it on his own, no urging, just jumps in, swims a bit and climbs back on the dock using his special doggie ramp. He looked like he was having so much fun!

I love these pictures, sleepydrdr! He's adorable! We never had a dog who liked the water! We took one, our 70lb. Bambi, up to Canada with us on vacation and took her out on the lake in a boat and she was sooo miserable! Couldn't wait to get back on "terra firma"! LOL

Great set. The dog obviously loves to swim. Our dog fell into our pool accidentally, and now carefully stays away from the edge.

Would you say he's a little bit spoilt?

Thanks Sirius! Sorry about your dog, but they are all so different. Our dog is always cautious and would never leap into the water either.

Fun series - isn't burst mode the best? :)

:-D Not many dogs have their own doggie ramp. My husband wanted to get one for our cats, but they won't jump into the river, much to his disappointment.
