I have an excellent condition SMC Pentax-M 400mm F5.6 lens available. Its in the Pentax K Mount so it can be used on any of the Pentax DSLR bodies, I have shot it on my K5 and it is beautiful, and having the in-camera stabilization makes it a great setup, even with the manual focusing. My K5 has the split image viewfinder screen which makes manually focusing these older Pentax lenses a breeze!
The lens itself is in great condition, no marks of any kind inside or out, no haze, no fungus, and no dust seen. Outside there is a slight bend in the outer rim of the extending hood, but it is very minor and function is not affected at all. The only other marks I could find are on the bottom of the very hefty tripod collar foot, and they are only minor surface scratches in the paint. This would make a very nice wildlife lens for anyone looking for a Pentax K mount 400mm. On the Pentax DSLR cameras it gives you the 35mm (full frame) equivalent of a 600mm F5.6 lens, and that's nothing to scoff at!!
The lens does come with a leather hard case, but the case is not in as good condition as the lens. Internally and structurally it is still in very good condition, but probably close to 40% of the exterior black leather finish has been scuffed up. Functionally it is still 100%
