I Have One Each Of AP-2 Panorama Heads. The Nikon And Minolta Are Identical, Both Made In Japan And Calbrated For 28mm, 35mm, 50mm, 85mm and 105mm Lenses. These are beautifully made panorama heads, but unless you can provide a bracket or rail for adjusting the position of the camera, the lens nodal point will not be coincidental with the center of rotation, resulting in some error during the stitching process.

I Found When I Used Them On A Bogen Tripod (3020) And The Bubble Level On The Head Was Was Set, They Did A Decent Job. It Was Up To The Photo Framing Company To Match The Over lapping Correctly.
