Best apps for photography.

Just got a tablet today and know nothing of them. I was hoping I could download LR so I could shoot tethered. OS on the tablet is Android, so I'm guessing LR is out of the question.

I'd love to hear about any cools apps, but I'm mostly looking for something that allows me shoot tethered.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Thnks.

Kinda looking for generic apps because I have: Canon Powershot, T2i, 7D, Panasonic P&S ( infrared), and GoPro (already have that app). However, I will take brand and/or model specific ones if I must. As I said, you are dealy with a dolt, as this is my first tablet and first venture into apps. Thank you.

To view pictures I've loaded on the tablet or phone I use QuickPic.

If you google for this anser, you might put your camera model in the search question. From what I know, you shouldn't have any problems finding apps for remote control/tethering of your Canon. Look at DSLRDashboard and Helicon Remote.

I'm learning to use them with my android phone, so I imagine they will work with your tablet.

If you have a Canon, DSLR Controller is the app you're looking for. I posted about it in the Macro section a while back:

I have CamRanger. Check it out, it is a little pricey, but well worth it. I use it on my iPhone and iPad. Can do remote and can do bracketing for HDR.
