After the winter we have had I'm hoping this may mean that Spring is near.

When some of our snow melted, we saw some daffodils coming up in South Jersey. Maybe the robin IS trying to tell us something.

Sorry to say this, but I've seen trees full of robins..and it keeps getting colder! And although it's warming up, there's more snow in the forcast for late next week! Nice shot, though! :)

You're right about it keeps getting colder, but the weekend is showing promise. I hope to take in the local St Patrick's parade.

For most of the last decade, the average temp has been warm enough so robins stay around all winter. From what I have been told, these are all male robins, which winter further north than the females. I have seen groups of 20-30 robins all winter this year.
