I was with a large group of Photographers. We made arrangements with the Reelfoot Park Rangers to photograph birds of prey. The Rangers brought them out and posed them for us. One of the Rangers is a avid photographer, so they knew we wanted photogenic poses.
I shot these with a Sony HX300 point and shoot camera. It has a Zeiss 24-1200mm zoom lens.

Nah, that's pretty standard now-a-days. All camera manufacturers have them. Just pick your favorite brand and go!

Nope, here is the Park Ranger (Jessie) getting the Eagle out and placed in a low tree branch for us to photograph. He was quite alive:)
