The age old question. My wife likes one, I like the other. What do you think?
Black & White
Color
Color. I'm basically a b&w person, but in this case I think the color is needed to do the subject justice.
I'm usually a B&W fan given the choice, but the color photo here is so rich and balanced, I gotta pick color!

Have you tried it in sephia?
I like two. The color adds to the rustic and age. I am be fan but the color really makes rich. Great eye. Jim

I agree. I don't think there's enough separation of tones and contrast to do justice in monochrome. But, that's my thought.
he color adds so much more to this pic, good choice and very pleasing to look at, good choice...........
I like the color for the same reasons as Twiga, and because I typically like color. But that sepia looks pretty good. I definitely like it over the B&W because there is more definition in the dark door/window/cart than the B&W.

Print the one your wife likes? Duh! I'm not married and even I know that's the right answer. ;-)
And use the one you like as your desktop.
The color photo for me as well. It seems to suit the picture better. Nice shot, btw.
Gotta agree with the consensus on this one. I, too, can appreciate a good B&W but in this case the color brings out the definition.
Having said that, the Sepia is even better and this is a perfect subject for that approach. Gives it that nostalgic feel you seem to be wanting and that is often the goal in choosing B&W over color.
Either way, great shot and thanks for letting us give our $.02 on this one.
