PSE 12 Help

I've downloaded PSE 12; 3 times now and each time I get pop up (Uninstall and reinstall) error 16 I went to URL for adobe support http://www.adobe.com/support/ and all I got was Forums. I sure whished that PSE 12 could be on disk .

I cannot help with the download problem----but, PSE 12 is available on disk of that is what you meant.

This error message is related to permission levels. The same problem could occur if you had purchased PSE12 on disk. Check the post by Barbara B. (the author of PSE12: the Missing Manual).

I tried downloading a trial version of LR and had nothing but trouble. I decided to go with pse12 and my daughter gave it toe on disk. Works perfectly.
