Have a look at some "before and after" photos in London at the following link from the BBC website. A cool idea! Might be a fun way of doing something for family or other local historic photos!

This is pretty cool... I'll bet it was fun lining the shots up to make them so seamless.

http://www.bbc.com/news/in-pictures-26339275I saw the same article last night. Interesting.
Very well done technique.
So it talks about it being able to be done using an app, but no mention of the app or how to get it. Neat technique tho.
agree looks very good but having looked at the London Museum website I think this may be an interactive display thing or possibly something for a smart phone - cannot work out which
Would like to know the plug-in or app to do this. Anyone know?

I'm with Harry. I REALLY want to know how to do this. Love it.
Anybody know of an app or software ? Thanks.

I saw this technique used a couple years ago on a series of photographs taken in San Francisco. They were photos comparing the damage done in the 1906 earthquake and how the same location looks now.
Nice photos, but I have no idea how the technique is done. Can anyone enlighten me?
Looks like we're all waiting on an answer that might just not come.
