Yes, I have their software as well as Topaz an Nik.

THey have a new release that takes all of their previous programs and bundled into one and that can be used as a stand alone . No need to have PS, or anything other program as the base.

They have a variety of "tools" that can be used along with the presets .

Also the tutorials are available monthly and on line as well on Itunes (which are free by the way)

I have Nik, Topaz and OnOne software. You have Lightroom - I find I can do all the post-processing I need to do, except really fancy stuff, with Lightroom plus some of the software from Nik, Topaz and OnOne that integrates with Lightroom. Take advantage of the trial versions so you can see what they do. The software and support of all three companies is great. Some of their software is more for Pros who make a living at photography. All three companies have great support and educational videos available.

I have them all and use each for different things all have Tutorials, onOne has webinars just about every month also, which are very good. Elements 10, is a less expensive option than PS5 and can do quite a bit unless you are interested in HDR or Photomorphing then you will need one of the others. Topaz is probably the easiest to use and has quite a few presets you can use for a base plus you can save a preset of an effect you like. I am a software junky and am also addicted to camera anything crack.
