Maybe it was me because I love my crab salad. I got to learn to put less onions and more cucumber though. Glad you enjoyed it

My wife and I tried the carb salad yesterday. Fantastic. If you haven't tried it you are missing a great lunch, dinner etc. The only difference we used real crab meat instead of the imitation. It was great. Thanks for including this recipe.
