Doesn't look very tired to me. I'm pretty certain I see mischief lurking in those baby blues!!

Nice shot, the composition and colors are good, but you need to get rid of the red eyes in post processing.

Thank you Walt. Going to be a big decision on which PP to use. Never thought I'd do anything other than Jpeg. I tried the red-eye reduction in NF2 and it reduced the viability of the image so much that CVS wouldn't print it, so what you see is untouched Jpeg. This hobby is carrying me away!

Thank you,Avidavian! I'm trying to shoot the kids without going thru the "Look at me! Smile!", etc., plus I'm trying to get at their level. He had just woke up and was in a good mood and automatically smiled!

Nice shot, as mentioned the red eye has to go, and you might want to bring up the contrast a little, and then darken the shadows. If you wish I will post what I have done. Thank you for the opportunity. The folks over Post-Processing Digital Images would properly like a go at also.
You might like to post it there and see what they come up with if you wish.

Bill, thank you very much! I kind of knew I'd have to get into PP at some point and you're helping with my decision. My future endeavors will include a seperate file with Raw images. I don't know if I'll go with LR or Capture NX2, a decision I'm putting off until summer time. Thank you again, Dave.

To be fair, there are allot of free software programs out there can help and do a dang good job. if you go to Post-Processing Digital Image section, Search has a hole list of different free software. I have found some are better then others in areas, so several different programs seem to work.

I've touched on it a little, but I haven't taken the time to see if there's actually an advantage for Nikon shooters to use the "nikon software." I've got enough to keep busy right now, so procrastination prevails! Thanx again. Dave.
