Had a chance to shoot wolves at Pennsylvania Wolf Sanctuary.
Enjoy!
Do you have to get permission to shoot at a sanctuary? We have a wildlife rescue thing here and I sure would love to go there.
You don't need a permission for photography, but it is hard to get good shots, wolves are behind double 8ft high fence. I highly recommend to take biggest zoom lens you may have with you and take shots from distance to blur the fence out.
I took these with Nikkor 80-200mm F/2.8. Here is thier website:

Awesome thank you very much for the info. I do own a Canon EF 100-400mm F4.5-5.6L IS (image stabilizer) USM (ultrasonic motor) with a 2x extender ... would that work do you think ?

Very nice shots! We have a sanctuary down here too. A couple of the wolves were very friendly and we were actually allowed to go in with them. Beautiful.
