This Snowy was taken at Island Beach State Park in NJ. We have at least 4-5 regulars this winter.
Taken with Canon T3i iso 400, 1/16 @ 1/400. Lens was Tamron 200-500. Day was sunny, about 3 PM and 28 degrees on the beach. The owl was on top of the first dune.
