You are so very wrong to say that. It was HIS FRIEND that he helped. Yes, his friend would have to use his own merits as well, but if he had just said "his friend" and not told you what race the friend was then the story would have no meaning. So you are really trying hard to discredit Hal.

Penny, it's a typical progressive ploy, and right out of Saul Alinsky's book Rules For Radicals. When all else fails, besmirch the opponents character, his values, his integrity, embarrass him or her publicly, and name calling and use of the "race card" is perfectly acceptable to them. Simply stated, it puts the opponent off balance and on the defensive, and they know what it does, and how and when to use it.

"""""""Campaigning for another failed stimulus and more job destroying taxes, President Obama has repeatedly—and falsely—asserted that “Congress isn’t willing to move” legislation to facilitate job growth. While the president plays politics, House Republicans have been working and approving legislation to promote economic growth and job creation. The House has approved more than 15 bills that, if enacted, would immediately help to grow the economy without more failed stimulus spending. These bills are currently stalled in the Democrat-controlled Senate and the president has not encouraged the Senate to act.""""""

The above is part of an entire article found here...

http://www.gop.gov/policy-news/11/10/27/summary-of-jobs-bills-stalled

And, although this is not exactly what we are talking about, it is very informative on a possible reason for some of the delays or refusals to even consider bills the Congress passes..

Obummer has been behind at least two job creating projects. Solar energy and electric cars. Both failed at taxpayer expense. The only jobs created have been government jobs (IRS) to enforce his government takeover of public health care.

Frankly, I'm surprised that she didn't see the tumor in her colon herself, as she appears to be constantly looking up close and personal in that direction.

Mike, thanks for the link. In looking over the gop.gov link all but one dealt with removing regulations from businesses, not creating jobs. HR 2433 is the only one that dealt with jobs (for training returning vets).

Obama has signed several job acts for vets :

http://www.whitehouse.gov/issues/veterans

Republicans have blocked veterans job bills :

I really thought it was serious. As usual when you have nothing of any real substance to say Repubicans make up lies and expect them to be recognized as such? Really makes no sense to me.
