I am used to seeing 10 to 15 birds in my yard (6m X 6m or 20 feet on a side). But during the ice storm I had in excess of 50 at one time. I had 8 species at one time -Carolina chickadee, Goldfinch, Dark Eyed Junco, Cardinal, House Finch, Chipping Sparrow, Tufted Titmouse and the Mourning Dove. The only common visitors that were not here were the Carolina Wren and the Bluejay.
