Hi, I'm Alison and I am an artist photographer from Virginia. I've been doing art festivals for 12 years now and taking photographs for almost 40 years. I do heavily modified nature photography and have a couple D7000 bodies along with a regular, a telephoto, and a wide angle lens. The wide angle lens is my newest and I've been doing a lot of shooting with that lately. I'm looking forward to participating here. Welcome, Alison. Beautiful photo you've posted. Louisa is such a lovely area. My dad grew up there as a child and had fond memories of the place.

Hi AlisonT, welcome to the hog. You have joined the best blog. I too am an artist photographer. Your post is beautiful. I attempted to go to your website, but when i clicked on one of your venues, nothing came up other than a blank screen. I would love to see some of your work. Would you check out your site and let me know if anything is wrong. STOP ..I didn't realize i had to scroll down to view your images .Nothing is wrong with your site .

Were you looking at the website on a cell phone? It does that on cell phones and I really need to address it, just haven't had the time.
