Hi everyone. This is my first post. I have a D90, which I really enjoy. My question is which program would you recommend for processing raw files. Nikon Capture NX2, Lightroom, or Corel Aftershot Pro. I like the price of Corel. This is a great forum with some really valuable information, so thanks for that.

I just purchased this, need to use phone order due to problems with online promo codes (what I was told). Thanks to Dan for sending this to me.

B&H has lightroom 5 on sale for $69.00 with promo code 151042155934954816 at check out. 2days only, President's Day weekend Sale thru Mon.

Thought you might be interested, normally $149 (I think)

This is a great price. Bear in mind that you may need additional editing software like PSE or PS so be prepared for another hit to your pocketbook. Look at my previous posts on PSE versus PS.

I am glad you took the plunge but expect a learning curve. Do not know how good you are so do not know how long to predict. Good luck and feel free to ask for help.

I have Photoshop CS5 and PaintShop Pro X6 I use PaintShop Pro most of the time.. maybe because it is what I learned first and it is not as complicated as Photoshop. I think it does a good job for me.. As others have suggested you can usually try out most of the programs with a free trial first. Good luck and let us know what you decide.
