It's been a long, cold, snowy winter here in Milwaukee. I'm tired of watching the critters at my backyard feeders, so I dug up some old friends to help break my cabin fever.

I remember Sampson at the zoo, and when the zoo was in Washington park.

When I saw Sampson he was at the new zoo, around 1958.
