Hi, Thom! Thank you for leading this challenge. Very nice example! I am getting a new 50mm lens tomorrow, so I will experiment with a new 'selfie.' I haven't taken a new photo of myself since November 2012! (My avatar) Yikes! I've done more aging this past year that all 58 years combined - Lol!

Great start and yes, nice to 'see' other members... mine is not technically a selfie as tripod is in car which is outside - and it is pouring! Just got back from week with grands and we made masks of each other! My grand daughter did one of me! Will do a proper one later hopefully when / if rain ever stops.

Ok, as Thom said - this is a testament to the ruggedness of my camera - did not break lens OR sensor!
