The picture does say it all. Definitely an emotional shot.
I think I'd probably convert to B&W or sepia to add to the overall mood of the image, just a thought.

Wow, photomacdog, this is an amazingly good shot! I feel for that man...having worked in three nursing homes, I think I can relate to what he's feeling.
