Guys,
trying to learn some techniques of food photography.
taken some pics but need some analysis and tips on
Lighting, Angles, WB ,lens ,apertures etc .

the following pics are taken under tungsten ( yellow light) with a 18-55 lens and less than F 4.5 apperture.

Would also love to see some tips on editing these pics.

Change your dof #2 would have more impact if also had light under it, you can make a light table out of a cardboard box and a halogen light and also halogen lights above. You might need a ladder to get the right angle.

If you can change the cherry color in #1, it might look better to shift them away from looking as orange-y as they do now. A more cherry-like red would be better.

I like #2.

#3 looks a little dark, but you could increase brightness/contrast to fix that.

#1 I guess the problem is the Yellow lighting.
Thanks for the 2 and #3 will try to fix more in PP.
I am looking for some general tips and tricks for food photography aswell.

Always watch your foreground and background. I see you did
this on these photos. Keep on practicing and always use good
light..

UHH member rpavich has recently become really good at food photography. Check out his photos. He shows his setup in some of his posts.
