India - From my recent trip - a few more..
Very nice, I really like the Heron.
I know there are some that just hate this question but which camera did you take this set with?
Nice bird shots. Can you try bumping up the exposure a bit?

Hi Mike, the Pelican was taken with a D7100 and Nikkor 300 f4 with 1.4 TC attached.
The other two were with a D600 fitted with the Nikkor AFS 80~400 G VRII.
Hope that helps.

Thanks Klaus, the Flamingo is a late evening image, I believe that bumping up the exposure in PP might spoil the effect.

Just curious - these certainly are your images (not just the flamingo). Have you tried to print any of them?

Don't understand what you mean, sounds like you believe that these images are not mine, please clarify.
Thanks

Thanks
What I mean is that "all" of the images are yours and nice, but all of them are under-exposed. IMHO
Let me know if I can post an example.

Thank you for the explain.
The Reef Heron is the only one shot in full light. I believe over exposing might destroy the detail I got from the low light conditions.
Sorry you find them under exposed.

This is not about "over-exposing" but rather "not under-exposing". Again - can I post an example? If you want to keep your images more moody and darker - it certainly is all right by me!
Thank you for your advice and offer.
I believe photography is a personal matter and in showing what you believe is the way you saw it. I am well versed with exposure and thank you for you suggestions.
I do look forward to seeing your posts too.
Best wishes.

Best wishes to you, too.
I believe we all spend time on this web site to learn. I know that I do and it worked for me.
You posted "thumbnails" - so here is my suggestion of the heron in full daylight.
It is your choice: "Love it or list it!" (One of my wife's favorite tv shows) ...

Thanks Klaus, I have posted a screenshot of the image with the histogram FYI. I believe my exposure is spot on, based on how I am reading the histogram. The image you have posted is quite burned out, IMHO.
Thanks anyway.
I have learned a lot from the many forums I am active on too, including this one.
I would be happy to have your comments to the histogram reading.
