Critique, advise.....
I like low light, night time shots. The first shot is the American Optical factory in Southbridge, MA. I got this by messing with settings on my wife's Cannon 3ti. I like it cause it's local.
the second shot is of Toronto, Ontario shot from across lake Ontario from a campground in NY. I was using my D7000 with the 55-200MM zoom. I enlarged it slightly and cropped it to make it appear to be panoramic. I had my tripod hard locked and weighted yet still got some shake? It was not overly breezy even though we were on the lake. Any ideas as to get a shot like this and have it more crisp?
The 3rd is just a nice sunset over Lake Ontario this past summer. My wife and I did some shots to make it appear she was holding the sun in the palms of her hand. Those were fun.

Welcome to UHH, Lordac! Hope you're having fun here.
I love the reflections and composition of #1. Very pleasing.
#2 - did you manually focus? I wonder if because small objects so far away, auto-focus - or even manual - might be hard to achieve in low light. Also any moisture or dust in the air is going to play havoc too.
#3 is a lovely sunset :)
I like two and three; but the standout here is the first image. If it were mine, I would use the burn tool in PS (cautiously) to tone down a few of the bright spots. The reflection is gorgeous. Nice set. Well shot.
I like #1 and #3. 3 is a beautiful sunset.
Thanks for the Kudo's Every once in awhile I hit one really good.
I think the first one is beautiful. The second one seems to have lost the lower part of the buildings. Is that due to the curvature of the earth? The third one is very pretty also.

sorry, noob mistake.
I checked the top photo. By the way. You can go back after you post and name each picture. Makes it easier for us to keep track. The ISO was to the max. F-8 should have been plenty of DOF (depth of field). But shutter speed of 1.3 sec. Picture to me seems a bit blurred. Does not look like you used a tripod? Its an atractive composition. David
It was on a tripod but I had to steady it by hand because I was looking through an iron fence.
Whoever asked about the 2nd photo of Toronto. I was probably 5 miles line of sight away, maxed out on zoom. The bottom is not cut off, it's the water of Lake Ontario. I used PS to zoom in even further and then cropped to make it seem panoramic.
:)
