That bird's mother must have been a real floosie and was not at ALL particular to WHO she gave it up to. That is the worst case of "Heinz 57" syndrome I have seen in the bird family in a long long time.

I think it's a cormorant. If so, it's a bird that swims underwater for distances to fish.
