Great shot, Randy. The light playing on the rocks in the foreground really draws you into the picture. I'm giving serious thought to letting you book my vacations. :D

Thanks for looking, Daddybear! A beautiful place, never mind the seafood! I have posted a couple other shots of both the pier there and Goat Island Light in late afternoon light, should you care to go hunting for them.

I'd also be interested to see any photos you might have taken of the area, as well.

I'm sure there are many areas that match coastal southern Maine for beauty, John. I just haven't seen them. But you could do worse than spend some time there. And I DO have a beach house in Goose Rocks for rent there during the summer season... Just saying, lol.

Thanks, Photophile. Appreciate your visit. The light on those rocks got the camera out and clicking, lol. Didn't really care about the lighthouse, as is evident from the photo, lol.

Thank you, Angler. Warmer times, much missed (as I watch another four inches of white stuff falling, with another foot forecast for Wednesday here. Sigh.)

Not my best shot, and by a wide margin, but at least caught some nice light on those rocks.

Lol, thanks Won. Good light on the rocks, bad light everywhere else. A nightmare for exposure. But I got the rocks. I think that counts for partial credit, doesn't it?
