Also there is mom alone showing of her big, you guessed it, PAW. She and I fished the same stretch of water for about 2 hours. Her cubs were on the bank. Every one had a good time and she caught more fish than I did, thank goodness. this is one place were catch and release really pays off. Think the paw pic is a pretty good closeup Just how close do you want to get to the bear. Like I used a 300mm telephoto with a 2x extender,.. Thanks for looking, Robin PS This took place in Alaska

She was going to send me an email and tell me. But like so many promises it just didn't happen. Cheers

Erv its really neat to see in real life . Thank goodness the bears are indifferent to people as long as the salmon are in.You still give them lots of respect and ROOM. Thanks for your comments. Robin

Barbedwire, Alaska is a great place for taking pics. but then so is BC. I think my old boss lives in Kelowna. and owns a vineyard or so up there. He was a BC senator to Ontario a few years ago,. Senator Ross Fitzpatrick. Thanks for looking and commenting., Cheers, Robin
