I would have liked it better if the rocks were sharp. The whole image looks a bit on the blurry side.

Since it is a little blurry I am guessing you didn't use a tripod but I think the shutter speed is good.

Using a tripod (or setting the camera on something solid) and raising the mirror a few seconds before taking the photo can usually help with sharpness.

Suggestion: use tripod, set self timer for 10 seconds (or less). That way you will not be touching the camera and avoid any vibration when pushing the shutter release.
