Saranac Lake WInter Carneval

I'm up in Saranac Lake, New York. They have a winter carnival each year. The feature attraction is the ice palace. It is build from blocks of ice carved out of the lake in town. I tried to get some interesting night time effects. None of the effects were done in pp. I got them all in camera by zooming during the exposure. All shots were taken on a tripod. Just playing around. I hope some of you like these.

Glad you could take a look. We are staying in a motel right across the street. Tomorrow night is fireworks. Should be some fun. I'm also going to get a ride on the Olympic bob sled run tomorrow. So, if I survive that, I'll post some pictures tomorrow night.
