Bing hijacks Google.

I ran Malware Bytes and made sure my Microsoft Essential was up to date. Had a few malware issues but nothing serious. What was serious was after a reboot and checking into my Google search engine and Google Chrome for my email it appears Bing (a Microsoft product) had hijacked my settings. Is Bill so worried about Google that he's paid some hired assassins (off the record of course) to infiltrate and disrupt Google. It took me about an hour to straighten everything out. I tried to call Bill about compensation for my time but he hasn't returned my calls. Anybody else had problems? If you Google (or Bing  ) "Bing hijacking Google" there are a lot of hits. I'll post Bill's response as soon I hear from him. Maybe not, if his goons decide to play rough.

I hate Bing. Not only does it Hijack Google they bombard you with pop ups so it is near impossible to do anything on the internet. When I talked to some Geeks at Best Buy they told me that it is a real problem. I accidentally loaded it again to my husbands computer the other day. What a nightmare. I still haven't gotten it all the way off. How did you finally get rid of it?

The IRS would only get training for their agents. They took everything I had years ago.

It's a bit complicated. I run the old Google for my search engine because I like the way the history works and the way it shows "properties" from a web page that makes cut and paste easier to forward a link. I find Chrome works better for my emails. You have to go into settings and delete the home page setting that Bing has changed. Just backspace and type in http//:google or whatever it is then save the changes. Same with the original Google and Chrome but it'll look different when you go into "settings". I wish I could be more detailed but I just stumbled around until I made it work. Good luck. It can be done. I just wish I knew how it happened in the first place. Do you want to be part of my class action lawsuit against Microsoft. If it's just the two of us we'll make millions. Don't tell anyone. You know how greedy people are.

I would love to. I have grown to HATE Bing. You have to be careful because some time it rides along on downloads for different software.
So far the only problems have been on the PC's. No problem on the Mac.

Bill is scared of Tim Cook. So they don't mess with Apple. Came from the time Steve punched Bill in the mouth in Vegas. At least that's the version I heard.
