Bird ID Needed

Saw a flock of these birds in the backyard today. There were dozens of them. I thought they might be Red-winged Blackbirds as what I assume are females have markings similar to red-wings, but the brown head on the lone male has me confused. Did not see any red epaulets on the male.

They look like redwings or fieldfares.

The lone bird is a brown headed cowbird which is also a blackbird. And they do accompany redwing blackbirds. the rest look like they could be young male redwingers. That's the best I could find in my bird book.

Thanks everybody. That is a male Cowbird. It was odd that I did not see any adult male red-wings in the group. It did aopear the male was traveling with the others.

You're right. Hard to tell size in the bush. I will accept young redwings.
