We kept one of of the puppies from the litter. Surprisingly, they turned out to be nice looking dogs. Most of them had shorter noses, but not as short as the boston terrier. They all had short hair, and were pretty much black and white. The one we kept had a little longer nose. He ended up being a mid-sized dog, not small like the boston terrier, but you could tell he had terrier in him. All in all, I'd say Mickey turned out pretty good....despite the strange mix. Mickey died when he as 10, and that was 8 years ago.

Sorry to hear about Mickey's demise. That is the problem with dogs they just don't live long enough and when they leave us you really lose a part of your life.

He used to jump up on the sofa and put his head in my lap. We think that he thought that he was a little boy. However, he was all dog.

One day my wife had cooked a roast. Her mistake was putting it on the kitchen table and leaving the room. Mickey was enjoying the heck out of that roast when she walked back into the kitchen and I've never seen my wife so mad. She was ready to kill him. I had to point out to her that he was just doing what dogs do. I think that saved his life!!
