Nikon D7000 + 18-200 VR + Nikon grip

Nikon D7000 purchased about a year ago. Very low shutter count (8426). One small scratch on LCD protector (not the display), otherwise in perfect condition. All original docs and cables, charger, etc. Got a D600 for Christmas and I don't need 2 cameras.
Nikon MB-D11 battery pack/grip. Uses either a spare EN EL-15 or 6 AA batteries. All original docs and carrying case.
Nikon 18-200 VR zoom. Works well and does not suffer from zoom creep. Adorama case and hood included.
Vanguard BIIN 21 case. Will fit all of this with room left over.
Also, not pictured, Crumpler Industry Disgrace neck strap. Brand new in packaging.

Yes, there is an internal autofocus motor , so it works with every Nikon AF lens made since 1986.
