Obama has said he has "A pen and a phone" ... Implying he can bypass Congress to make his own decrees.
With the pen I think he should write his resignation letter.

What pen? I didnt think he had one. He never signed anything the congress sent to him. Than blamed them for the shutdown.

I 'm not sure he even listens in the phone, or maybe he can't hear it so doesn't use it. Pitch it and let the red phone ring. Do we even have one?
