Plasma Cutter Steel Art

Today I stopped by 'SkinzWraps' the vehicle wrap shop just up the street from my shop. They have these amazing cut metal gates I wanted to shoot. I asked and was given permission to come on the property to photograph them.

Wow.. Those are awesome! That was all done with a plasma cutter.. by hand?

I spoke to the shop owner who actually did the gates. It was a combination of oxy-acetylene and plasma torch. A minor note... he's a paraplegic but you forget he's in a wheel chair very quickly.

That makes it even more awesome! I love that. That is talent to be able to do that by hand!

You need just the right decor for something like that.

I believe flat black (preferably from a spray can) and severely distressed leather is de rigueur in instances of this sort......
