I'm learning LR 3 and purchased Adobe LR3 on Demand I can't remember the author rigt now, I just started reading it and have already learned some basics. However I haven't yet determined whether there is a tool in the program that will enable me to straighten my photos. Also I'm anxious to know how I can download my pictures from LR to this site. When I try to do so by clicking the Browse to slecet a photo to share here on UHH that option always takes me to the pictures stored on my hard drive but not the photos in Lightroom.
Any advice/direction would be helpful and appreciated, thanks.

Shutterbug11, See the below photo and click on the tool where the red arrow points to. This is the straightening tool. You can draw a straight line on your photo and it will straighten it too, once this tool is clicked on.
Go to Export button on the lower left hand side of your LR3 and click on it. I printed on the screen. Use the Red Arrow to tell LR3 where you want export photos to exported too. I hope this helps. Arnold

Pretty easy (once you learn it lol) and a great program for post processing and cataloging - I used Adobe Photoshop Lightroom 3 "Learn by Video" presented by Tim Grey and Mikkel Aaland. Really good DVD and book. Made learning easy. Printed price is $64.99 but I picked it up at Barnes & Noble at a lesser price.

Thank you Tim, I just purchased another book from B&N and will check your recommendation out, the video option sounds very helpful.
