Thanks BooMyCat. I did this deliberately to give the falls a slickly look. They were shot at about f22.

These are some of the better shots of Taughannock Falls that I have seen. I was born and raised in Ithaca, so know the falls well. If it is a really hard winter with lots of ice on the cliff walls, there are normally a lot of idiots that do ice climbing. Some even get stuck and have to be rescued....me, I'd leave them hanging there until spring. :-)

I remember those falls. I went to school in Ithaca some 55+ years ago. I think where are more observation points built that weren't there then. Lovely photos.
