A Cautionary Tale

Rita is our 6 month old puppy. Her mother was a Greyhound mix that a rescue group picked up in Oklahoma after the last F-5 tornado. I think Rita's mother had a midnight rendezvous with an errant Basenji. The other attached image WAS an 8 gig. Sandisk SD card. The only thing that kept Rita out of the 'doghouse' was the fact that this was my back-up card and I had just transfered all the photos to a hard drive..... Rita the Destroyer - aka little stinker, aka little squirt.... (Almost have her potty trained)

I left it on my end table... (I should know better) & yes - thank goodness I had just dumped it to a hard drive!

LOL..Anybody who has had a puppy know what they can get up to..as you said the info had been saved...slippers next?

Very nice. It brings back old souvenirs of an Airedale who chewed up 3 TV remotes in his first 2 years. We resolved the problem by training...... US, the masters to put the darn things away.

she's adorable! I too have a lil' stinker - couldn't tell you how many shoes my lil' one has destroyed, along with some carpet, 2 doors, pictures, cords & misc other stuff.... but I love her to pieces.... ;)

Reminds me of a female Dalmatian puppy I had a long time ago. She chewed the soft heel part of a brand new pair of sneakers, got another pair and she did it again to the same side, she could have chewed the opposite shoe so I would have a pair...but no... that would have been too easy! Of course, I could have kept them out of her reach.
